Rob van der Aa
Rob van der Aa is born in 1970 and has a broad experience (15 year) in the pharmaceutical industry. He graduated in 1993 at the HTS Chemical Technology and followed several trainings about project management, GAMP, GxP risk assessment, lean manufacturing and six sigma (green belt).
Rob gives a practical interpretation to validation and GxP legislation, for example 21 CFR part 11, 210 en 211 and uses methods like GAMP5 (risk based approach) and is familiar with ICH guidelines, Quality by Design and Process Analytical Technology (PAT). Since 2006 he works as a consultant at Koning & Hartman B.V. He is member of the ISPE and secretary of the PAT-forum. Rob is our trainer for GAMP.
Roger Heugen
Roger Heugen is born in 1979 at Maastricht and has a broad knowledge of ICT and Business Management. He started his study at the MTS and after that the HTS. On this moment he is studying for his Six Sigma Black belt certification.
Roger works at Van Doren Engineers as MES Consultant. He has developed MES applications in the past based on ISA95 and Six Sigma. On this moment he is responsible for MES implementations. Roger is our trainer for ISA-95.
Bas van de Kerkhof
Bas van de Kerkhof is born in 1964 in Eindhoven and has a broad knowledge of as well Trial Technology as Information technology and Technique. He studied Foods Technology at the MAS and after that Process Technology at the HAS in ‘s Hertogenbosch. Further he graduated in Information Technology at the Catholic University Tilburg. Furthermore he won an European "Making the difference award" at Strasbourg.
He was working of 1986 until 2001 by Mars which he for example developed an automation system and a production planning system for all European sites of Mars. Further he developed a management information system and a warehouse management system. From 2001 he decided to start its own business through which he developed a production planning system based on the ISA-95 standard. Bas is a member of the ISA SP95 commission and is our trainer for ISA-88, ISA-95 and ISA-100.
Willy Leuvering
Mr. Leuvering holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology from the Hogeschool ‘s Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands.
Mr. Leuvering has 18 years experience in the Industrial Automation Business. He started his career as an application developer for both PLC and SCADA solutions. In 1993 he co-founded DeltaLink, the Dutch-Flemish distributor for USDATA products. He was as the CTO responsible for the product development, professional services and services. He was the lead-developer for the current FactoryLink Distributed Alarm System. After that he was the founder and CEO for the most successful ObjectAutomation distributor in the World. Mr. Leuvering is a frequent speaker at seminars and trade show in the Benelux. Willy is our trainer for ISA-88 and ISA-95.
Arjan Meijer
Arjan Meijer is born on 12 July 1981 in Biezelinge. He graduated in 2004 in electrical engineering.
Next to that he worked as embedded software developer/designer at Philips TASS and Bosch security systems. Since January 2007 he is working at Egemin BV as consultant business solutions whit security as one of the tasks. Arjan is our trainer for ISA-99.
Rene van Opstal
René van Opstal is born in 1960 and is a very experienced and intelligent consultant in the field of process automation, information management, system selection and advice. Besides that, due to his large experience in the execution of projects (from design, implementation and project management) he is capable of leading a large group of people in engineering teams or customer project teams. For a large number of years he specialized in pharmaceutical projects.
René founded an ISPE Community of Practice for Process Analytical Technology and for Good Automation Manufacturing Practices for the pharmaceutical industry in the Benelux. René is president for ISA the Netherlands section. René is Six Sigma black belt.
René is efficient and very effective, thinks fast and analytical. René is our trainer for ISA-88, ISA-95, Project Management and GAMP with all related items.
Alain Plasschaert
Alain Plasschaert is born in 1970 in Nijmegen Alain Plasschaert has a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in Flexible Production Automation and has a Master of Technological Design (MTD) in Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing of Discrete Products. Alain has done research on Shop Floor Control, CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) and the application of manufacturing protocols, such as the Manufacturing Message Specification” standard, on which he published in “Computers in Industry”.
He has over 10 years of working experience in industrial automation in general, and more specifically, in Shop Floor Control systems and commercial software packages in this area, known as Manufacturing Execution Systems. Within this area of expertise he carries out consultancy projects, such as package selection, requirements analyses, architecture design, functional design, training and cost and benefits estimations. Furthermore he is a Project Manager specialized in MES Projects. He is trained in the ISA- 95 standard and has practical experience in the application of both ISA-95 and B2MML in the requirements analysis and design phases of several projects. He is also a member of the ISA-SP95 committee. He has several years of experience in leading awareness and training workshops on MES and ISA-95. Alain is our trainer for ISA-95.
Wim Tindemans
Wim Tindemans is born in 1973 in Belgium. In 1995 he took his master in electronics at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Antwerp.
Since 1996 he is working at Egemin where he cooperated, accompanied and recommended MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) applications. Through the years he gained a lot of experience about several MES applications in the Food, Pharma and Oil and Gas industries. Wim is our trainer for ISA-99.
Suzanne Verlijsdonk
Suzanne Verlijsdonk graduated in 2002 in Master computer science Business information Technology at the University Twente. She graduated in the directions technical automation and production management.
After several PLC/SCADA and MES-implementations she works as a business consultant at Actemium C&E on the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Her activities are advising and designing MES-systems. Next to MES she is specialized in food security and safety of industrial automation systems. Suzanne is a member of SP99 and our trainer for ISA-99.
